How We Raise Our Chickens: Process

Rather than being confined to tiny cages, our hens live outdoors.  All day, they move around, flap their wings, and engage in chicken-related activities.. It sounds simple, but most chickens never get this chance.

We feed them corn and millet - the same grains people have been feeding chickens for hundreds of years.

We also give them fresh greens and let them find insects and worms on their own. This natural diet makes the meat taste amazing.

Here's what we never use:

● No antibiotics or medicines unless a chicken is actually sick

● No steroids to make them grow faster 

● No force feeding to fatten them up quickly

● No artificial food or chemicals

Fresh Means Fresh

When you order from us, we don't grab pre-cut chicken from the freezer. We go to the farm, pick a healthy bird, and process it that same day. Then we pack it properly and bring it straight to your house.

This way, you get a chicken that was alive and happy just hours before it reaches your kitchen. You can actually taste and smell the difference.
